Exclusive Rights Addendum

This Exclusive Rights Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into between S7Visuals (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) and shall be attached to and made part of the Photography Print Release Agreement.

1. Exclusive Rights Granted

Upon payment of $500, the Client is granted exclusive rights to the images delivered by S7Visuals. This means that S7Visuals will not use, publish, or distribute the Client’s photos for any advertising, marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes without the Client’s prior written consent.

2. Scope of Rights

Exclusive rights apply only to the specific set of images delivered under the Client’s contract with S7Visuals. This agreement does not extend to any other sessions or projects.

3. Copyright

The copyright of all images remains with S7Visuals in accordance with U.S. Copyright Law. Exclusive rights limit only the Photographer’s ability to use the Client’s images for promotional or commercial purposes.

4. Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Addendum, in addition to the Photography Print Release Agreement.
