Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – S7Visuals 1. Reservation and Deposit All bookings require a confirmed reservation and a non-refundable deposit of $25 to secure your date. Deposits are required for all bookings and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the $25 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit, and an additional $25 fee may be charged to cover incurred costs. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur an additional $5 fee. 4. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders Standard turnaround time for delivery of edited photos is up to 7 business days. Bookings made within 7 days of the appointment date will incur a $100 rush booking fee. Rush orders (delivery of photos requested in fewer than 7 business days) will also incur an additional $100 rush editing fee. Please note that raw, unedited images are not provided. 5. Payment Timing The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled service in order to confirm your booking. 6. Terms and Conditions All bookings are subject to availability. S7Visuals reserves the right to adjust or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds issued accordingly. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. Images or services delivered are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or altered without prior written permission. S7Visuals is not responsible for any damages, issues, or limitations arising from client-provided materials or locations. 7.
